GanaWin licence: not found in the Anjouan register

GanaWin does not appear in the register we searched

The headline is a negative result, and negative results are worth publishing. We have searched the Anjouan Gaming Authority register for GanaWin twice, by brand name and by domain:

The brand’s own pages give nothing to check either. As of 3 October 2026, ganawin.com and ganawin.bet show only an advert for MangoDorado, and ganawin.net is a parked domain. None of them names a company, a registration number, a regulator or a licence seal. A working casino publishes that information in its footer; GanaWin no longer publishes anything at all.

So the accurate statement is not “GanaWin is unlicensed”: we did not check every regulator in the world, and no GanaWin page names one we could check. It is this: as of 3 October 2026 no licence for GanaWin could be verified in the Anjouan register, and the brand itself states none. For a player the practical consequence is that there is no named regulator to complain to.

The site GanaWin recommends is a different matter

MangoDorado, the site advertised on ganawin.com and ganawin.bet, does appear in the same register:

Two details are worth knowing. The register lists www.mangodorado.com, not the bare mangodorado.com that the GanaWin links now end at, and it does not list mangodorado163.com, where the same links ended in August. The record confirms what the advert says in words: MangoDorado is run by a different company under its own licence, not GanaWin under a new name.

gana-win.com and BetOnWin: nothing to verify

gana-win.com uses the GanaWin name but is a WordPress affiliate site registered on 6 February 2026. We read its home page, casino, bonus, app, terms, privacy and responsible gaming pages on 3 October 2026. The only “licencia” on them is the phrase “licencia personal y no exclusiva” in the terms of use, which is a software-licence clause, not a gambling licence. No operator, company, regulator or support email is named.

Its buttons lead to BetOnWin (betonwin.casino). We could not read BetOnWin’s footer, because the site was geo-restricted from our location, and BetOnWin does not appear in the Anjouan register mirror. Who runs either site, and under which licence, remains unverified.

How to run this check yourself

None of this requires trusting us. The Anjouan register is public and searchable in two minutes:

• Open the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s licence verification page: https://anjouangaming.com/public-register/verify-a-licence/
• Search by licence number, company name or domain; all three work
• A result shows the company, status, number, type, issue and expiry dates, and the domains covered
• Only a status of Valid with a future expiry date means “in force”; suspended and expired licences stay visible too

If a casino’s footer names a licence number, that number is what you type. If the footer names nothing, as here, there is nothing to verify, and that absence is itself the answer.

What a licence would have given you

A licence is not a guarantee of fairness. It is a named counterparty and a route for complaints: a registered company, a registered address, and a regulator you can write to when support stops replying. For an Anjouan licensee the route is the operator first, then, after 30 days without a solution, one of the regulator’s approved dispute resolution providers at the operator’s cost. That route exists for MangoDorado’s customers. It does not exist for GanaWin’s.

A player with a balance stuck at GanaWin therefore has no regulator to escalate to. The remaining routes are the email address used at registration, the dispute process of the card or wallet the deposit came from, which has a time limit, and any licensing body named in documents received at sign-up.

Was GanaWin licensed?

We could not verify it. GanaWin had no entry in the Anjouan register among 1,491 licences on 21 August 2026, nor among 1,526 licensees in the mirror fetched on 27 September 2026, and its pages name no licence, company or registration number.

Does that mean GanaWin was operating illegally?

It does not prove that. It means no licence could be verified in the register we searched and the operator states none. We would rather report the check we ran than assert something we cannot demonstrate.

Is MangoDorado licensed?

Yes. www.mangodorado.com is covered by Anjouan licence ALSI-192407044-FI2, held by Infinity Time Solutions Ltd, type b2c, status Valid, from 18 July 2024 to 17 July 2027. The licence listed 39 domains on 21 August 2026 and 30 in the mirror of 27 September 2026.

Is gana-win.com licensed?

It names no licence, operator or company, and neither gana-win nor BetOnWin, where its buttons lead, appears in the Anjouan register. It is an affiliate site, not a casino, and GanaWin does not run it.

Who do I complain to about GanaWin?

No regulator is named anywhere on the brand’s pages, so there is no licensing body to escalate to. Use the email address you registered with and the dispute process of your payment provider, which is the route with a deadline.

How do I check a licence number myself?

Open the regulator’s public register, search the number printed in the casino’s footer, and check that the status reads Valid and the expiry date has not passed. If the footer prints no number, there is nothing to check.
